                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                  THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE AN
                  AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES,
                  INC., FOR ENGINEERING SERVICE IN CONNECTION
                  WITH THE DESIGN OF THE RELOCATION OF A PORTION
                  OF THE CARTER STREET COMBINED SEWER FOR A LUMP
                  SUM FEE OF TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND AND NO/100
                  DOLLARS ($28,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute and attest 

       an Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc., for 
engineering
       service in connection with the design of the relocation of a
       portion of the Carter Street combined sewer for a lump sum fee of 

       $28,000.00.
